Directions:  

It is best to apply this product in the morning, so it has time to fully absorb into scalp and hair before bed. Apply at least 3x/week but can be applied daily and massage scalp for 5 minutes to help further stimulate the scalp and increase blood flow and absorption of the nutrients.  

If you are unable to use as directed, please use as follows: 

Suitable for TYPE 1A-4C HAIR:   OVERNIGHT treatment: Apply a generous amount to scalp and massaging for 5 minutes. Leave overnight Shampoo and style as usual.

HOT OIL treatment: on damp hair apply a generous amount to scalp massage well. 

Cover with plastic cap and heat for 20 min. Shampoo and style as usual.   

STEAM Treatment: apply a generous amount to scalp and hair. Massage well and sit under steamer for 10-15 minutes.

PRE Shampoo Treatment: Apply a generous amount to hair and scalp. Massaging for up to 5 minutes. Leave on as long as possible before shampooing. Can apply heat if desired.

It takes time and patience with your hair to see results.
